Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs, lifestyle, and space
Attend to walk-in and online customers
Prepare quotations, follow up consistently, and support closing sales
Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual standards
Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets
Build strong customer relationships for repeat purchases and referrals
Willing to learn and improve in sales and product knowledge
