• Find New Business: Look for new/company leads corporate clients, Landlord, Building management/ Leasing Team and Property Agents in the Klang Valley to keep our project list growing.
  

• Manage Relationships: Be the Key person the client talks to, from the first hello until the Job completion from A-Z.
  

• Handle Proposals: Working with clear price quotes with our QS and Interior Design Proposal with our Designers that fit the client's budget and our company’s goals.
  

• Progress Tracking: Give the management team weekly updates on your leads, sales, and schedule.
  

• Client Support: Stay in touch with the client during the whole project to make sure everything goes smoothly.

• Own transport
  

• Fluent in English, chinese & malay
  

• The Advantage:Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture will be prioritized.
  

• Experience: Strong background in corporate sales, specifically within the ID or construction industry.

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Design Consultation: Meet with clients to determine design requirements, site measurement, spatial needs, and aesthetic preferences for their commercial spaces.

• Interior Design Presentation: Present design ideas and creative concepts effectively with our Designers, using research on materials and design proposal which proposed by our Designers.

• Costing & Specs: Prepare detailed specifications and accurate quotations based on material research and project Proposal with our QS.

• Client Satisfaction: Oversee the project aesthetic to ensure it meets the client’s requirements, securing positive reviews and ratings upon completion.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with our Project Team & Subcon to ensure design feasibility and that progress aligns with the reported schedule.

• New leads Tracking: Provide a weekly updates on your leads, sales, and schedule to the management team.
