Job Description

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant working experience

  • Language: Mandarin preferred

  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

  • Client/Work Location: Keng Choon Coffee, Taman Perindustrian USJ, Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales-related documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Credit Notes (CN)

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Order stock from HQ and ensure timely replenishment

  • Monitor and manage stock levels
