• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field

• 5years of relevant experience, preferably in office/commercial interior design

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMax, Enscape or similar software

• Strong space planning, design and technical drawing skills

• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin is preferred. We are looking for Mandarin speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Portfolio showcasing office/commercial interior projects is an advantage

1. Office Space Design & Space Planning

• Develop efficient and functional workplace layouts, including workstations, meeting rooms, private offices, reception areas, pantry areas, collaboration spaces, breakout areas, and other office facilities.

• Prepare space planning options and design proposals for client presentation and discussion.

• Ensure office layouts maximize space utilization, functionality, employee experience, and workflow efficiency.

• Develop furniture selections, and interior finishes suitable for office environments.

2. Design Development & Technical Drawings

• Prepare design drawings, detailed construction drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.

• Develop space planning concepts and design presentations based on client requirements.

• Prepare design specifications, material selections, and cost estimates.

• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.

3. Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and monitor project progress.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• Support procurement activities, material sourcing, and vendor coordination.

• Assist in resolving design and site-related issues during project implementation.
