Diploma or above in HR, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 3 years of full-cycle HR & Admin experience in Malaysia
Strong knowledge of:
-Employment Act & Labour Law
-Payroll processing
-EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB
-Recruitment & employee relations
-Office administration

Fluent in Mandarin (MUST), English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently

Strong experience in factory licensing, permit applications, government liaison, and preparing government-related documentation/forms

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Handle payroll, attendance, leave and personnel records

Ensure HR compliance and employment documentation

Coordinate office administration, procurement and vendors

Organize company events, training and employee activities

Support performance management, salary review and HR reporting
