Requirements
Proven experience as an HR & Admin Executive or in a similar role, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
Possession of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding and practical application of Human Resources Management principles, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Experience in Payroll Processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.
Proficiency in providing comprehensive Administrative Support, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
Experience in Office Management, ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the workplace.
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees for a team of less than 30.
Administer payroll processing accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the pharmacy operations, including managing office supplies, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment, aligning with the company's values.
Handle employee relations, addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all information.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities to enhance employee morale and cohesion.
Manage general office administration, including correspondence, filing systems, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Support the management team with HR-related reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.
