Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service. You will assist customers, maintain store presentation and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.

• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their enquiries and purchases.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

• Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.

• Handle cashiering duties and payment transactions.

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.

• Assist with stock receiving and inventory management.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
