Minimum SPM qualification or above.

At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and SQL Accounting System.

Able to work independently, multitask and manage time effectively.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Prepare and generate Delivery Orders, Sales Invoices, Quotations, Contracts and other related documents accurately. Ensure all documents are properly prepared and filed.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp and email. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, service requests, job status and documentation.

Coordinate and schedule technician appointments, deliveries, towing services and other service arrangements.

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily business operations.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
