Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry.

Proven experience in leading warehouse operations and managing large operational teams.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and warehouse best practices.

Good understanding of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements and Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.

Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational priorities.

Manage the overall day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, security requirements, and statutory regulations, including Dangerous Goods (DG) handling where applicable.

Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the warehouse operations team to achieve operational excellence and high productivity.

Monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, productivity, turnaround time, and service performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with the Transportation, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operational coordination and customer satisfaction.

Oversee warehouse facilities, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.

Plan and manage manpower requirements, work schedules, and resource allocation to meet operational demands.

Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support customer audits when required.

Prepare accurate inventory reports, operational reports, and performance analysis for management review.

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.
