Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.

Experience managing cross-functional projects is preferred.

Plan, execute, monitor, and close operational projects according to agreed timelines and budgets.

Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, and Sales to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Conduct project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.

Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks when necessary.

Analyze project outcomes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Support change management initiatives and operational transformation projects.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
