Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance and repair.

Possession of a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in performing electrical wiring tasks, including basic troubleshooting and repairs.

Skilled in plumbing works, such as fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and installing/repairing fixtures.

Experience in painting, including surface preparation, application of primers and paints, and finishing techniques.

Familiarity with CCTV system installation and maintenance is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact .

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including climbing ladders and lifting moderate weights.

A proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues before they escalate.

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on company properties, including electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and general structural upkeep.

Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Execute painting and finishing work for interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing result.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure property security and surveillance effectiveness.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls, providing efficient and effective solutions to tenant or property owner issues.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff and external contractors as needed to complete larger repair or renovation projects.

Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available for use.
