Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fire safety management, preferably in shopping malls, commercial buildings, or the property industry.

Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, standards, codes of practice, and industry requirements.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Familiar with the operation and maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.

Develop, implement, and review fire safety and emergency response plans for the shopping mall.

Carry out routine fire risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential fire hazards and ensure appropriate preventive measures are in place.

Coordinate with relevant authorities and external agencies to ensure full compliance with fire safety laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Organise and supervise fire safety training, fire drills, and emergency evacuation exercises for mall personnel.

Investigate fire-related incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimise future risks.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of fire safety systems, inspections, maintenance, and related equipment.

Provide professional advice and support to the mall management team on all fire prevention and safety matters.
