Must Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma
- 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background checks when required.
- Negotiate salary offers and prepare employment offers.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Manage Job Fair and recruitment event.
- Support manage attendance with admin.
- Support Admin job if required.
