Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

Fluent in both Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

Own transportation is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Facebook.

Experience in livestreaming, content creation, sales, or the automotive industry is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Prior experience in automotive sales, vehicle financing, car loan consultancy, banking, or financial services will be an added advantage.

Willingness to be involved in new livestream project development, including supporting the setup, execution, and growth of new livestream initiatives.

5-day work week.

9 working hours per day with flexible start times (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

Host 2-3 livestream sessions daily, with a minimum total livestream duration of 3 hours per day.

Create and publish engaging short-form videos on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Interact with viewers during livestreams by answering enquiries and building customer engagement.

Follow up with customer enquiries generated through livestreams and social media.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and successful deal closures.

Track customer progress and maintain timely follow-ups throughout the sales process.

Stay updated with current automotive products, promotions, and market trends.

Achieve individual livestream performance and sales targets.
