• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator management, influencer marketing or e-commerce.

• TikTok Shop experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Comfortable communicating with creators and negotiating collaboration arrangements.

• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

• Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships at the same time.

• Data-driven and comfortable reviewing campaign and sales performance.

• Able to market higher-value products that may require a longer customer decision-making process.

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Hands-on experience using TikTok Shop or Seller Center.

• An existing network of creators, KOLs or MCNs within the home and lifestyle categories.

• Mandarin communication skills, as many TikTok Shop creators and MCNs communicate mainly in Mandarin.

• Previous experience in appliances, electronics or home-living products.

• Build and expand your creator network by connecting with suitable TikTok Shop affiliates, creators, KOLs, MCNs and agencies.

• Develop practical experience managing creator relationships, commission discussions and collaboration arrangements.

• Gain end-to-end exposure to affiliate campaigns, including product listings, commission tiers and major campaigns such as 9.9, 11.11 and 12.12.

• Work closely with creators to develop authentic product demonstrations, tutorials and lifestyle content.

• Support creators during TikTok LIVE sessions and product demonstrations.

• Strengthen your performance marketing skills by tracking GMV, conversion rate, Average Order Value and creator performance.

• Use campaign data to identify top-performing creators and improve commission and campaign strategies.

• Collaborate with the content, e-commerce and logistics teams on product seeding, campaign execution and reporting.

• Prepare regular performance reports and share recommendations to support continued affiliate sales growth.
