Possess a certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.

Possess excellent organizational, planning, and management skills; outstanding interpersonal, and teamwork skills as well as analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.

Demonstrate a working proficiency with MS Office applications.

Able to work in our Factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

To plan and ensure warehouse operations smoothly.

Ensure safe and correct receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.

Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.

Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.

To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations in the incoming and outgoing system through visual physical inspection, computerization, administration, and retrieval systems.(ERP System).

To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse finished goods or non-finished goods products identification such as FIFO control, inventory, location by implementing daily stock count.

To implement 5S activities - safety and health, cleanliness, and security requirements are met in the warehouse at all times.

Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock takes, cycle counts and audits.

Ensure real-time stock level updates in the inventory management system.

Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring minimum stock requirements are met.

Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational goals.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, shipping, QA/QC department and production teams to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment and stock optimization.

Responsible for the preparation of weekly reports, monthly reports, and management reports.

Identify and address root causes of incorrect deliveries by implementing quality control measures to minimize order discrepancies and enhance accuracy.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.

Analyse inventory trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
