Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Cashier to manage customer payments and provide excellent customer service. You will also assist customers with using the Self-Ordering Kiosk and ensure smooth daily front counter operations.

Requirements:

• Previous cashier experience is an advantage, but candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication skills with a friendly and confident personality.

• Honest, responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined.

• Detail-oriented when handling cash and payment transactions.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer payment transactions accurately using cash, debit/credit cards, QR payments, and e-wallets.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service by assisting customers with orders and menu enquiries.

• Operate and monitor the Self-Ordering Kiosk to ensure it functions properly throughout daily operations.

• Assist customers in using the Self-Ordering Kiosk, especially those paying by cash or requiring assistance with placing orders.

• Ensure the cashier counter and kiosk area are clean, tidy, and well-organized.

• Perform cashier opening and closing procedures according to company SOPs.

• Count cash, prepare daily sales reports, and ensure all collections are accurate before the end of each shift.

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
