Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related roles.

• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with shopping malls, retail partners, and strategic business partners.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term business relationships.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and secure collaboration opportunities.

• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and business growth.

• Explore innovative business strategies to generate additional revenue streams.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

• Resolve operational and partnership issues promptly to ensure smooth collaboration.
