Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural tools, including sickles, while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, developing distribution channels, and expanding market presence in rural and plantation areas.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, palm oil industry, or related fields.

• Ability to analyze sales data and customer insights.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively, especially to rural and semi-urban regions.

Job Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell sickles and agricultural tools, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and farmers by providing after-sales support and tailored solutions.

* Develop distribution channels in rural and plantation areas.

* Coordinate product promotions, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.

* Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and recommend strategies to stay competitive.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

* Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
