Dzsign Solutions Hiring! Full Time Project Quantity Surveyor in Selangor - Ricebowl

·         Prepare cost estimates based on drawings and specifications

·         Develop project budgets and cost plans

·         Advise on cost-saving options and value engineering

·         Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)

·         Call for and evaluate tenders/quotations from contractors and suppliers

·         Assist in awarding contracts

·         Handle contractual issues, variations, and claims

·         Track project costs and ensure spending stays within budget

·         Evaluate contractor progress claims

·         Prepare and verify interim payments

·         Finalize final accounts after project completion

·         Assess and price variation orders (VO)

·         Handle disputes, claims, and negotiations with contractors

·         Work closely with project managers, consultant and clients

·         A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification is required at a minimum.

·         Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills.

·         Good communication and technical reporting skills.

·         Possess good numerical skills and sharp analytical thinking.

·         Possesses own transport.

·         Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and DWG Trueview).
