In-depth knowledge of Xiaohongshu’s, Instagram and Facebook, user demographics, and content trends.

Experience in a marketing role, ideally within the beauty or fragrance sector (at least 1 year).

Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above

Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.

Strong grasp on communication and writing skills for content creation and brand messaging.

Develop and execute a tailored marketing strategy for Xiaohongshu, Facebook and Instagram that aligns with the brand’s overall goals.

Plan and create platform-specific content (e.g., posts, videos, stories) that resonates with all platform's audience.

Manage influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, campaign briefings, and performance tracking.

Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
