Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills (Excel/BI tools a plus).

  • Able to manage multiple projects with efficiency and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Prior experience in account management, sales support, or customer service preferred.

  • High adaptability and stress tolerance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact to support client relationships and ensure smooth communication.

  • Assist in marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical).

  • Collect client feedback and support product/system improvements.

  • Provide product-related consultation, training, and documentation.

  • Coordinate account setup and communication with external stakeholders.

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
