Requirement:

• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

• Cheerful, outgoing, and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.

• Responsible and able to follow the required livestream duration and agreed streaming schedule.

• Able to record simple short-form videos.

Salary Structure:

Online Full-Time Position

22-Day Schedule

• Minimum 22 livestreaming days per month

• Minimum 6 hours per day

• Minimum total of 132 hours per month

Salary:

• Mandarin and Malay: RM2,000 basic salary + RM500 full-attendance allowance

• Mandarin, Malay, and English: RM2,500 basic salary + RM500 full-attendance allowance

26-Day Schedule

• Minimum 26 livestreaming days per month

• Minimum 6 hours per day

• Minimum total of 156 hours per month

Salary:

• Mandarin and Malay: RM2,500 basic salary + RM500 full-attendance allowance

• Mandarin, Malay, and English: RM3,000 basic salary + RM500 full-attendance allowance

Salary Package: Basic salary + commission

There will be a seven-day trial period. Candidates with strong camera presence, performance skills, or livestreaming potential may be offered a higher basic salary based on their trial performance.

Commission Structure:

• 0–250,000 diamonds: No commission

• 250,000–500,000 diamonds: 3%

• 1,000,000–3,000,000 diamonds: 5%

• 3,000,000–5,000,000 diamonds: 8%

• 5,000,000–8,000,000 diamonds: 10%

• 8,000,000–10,000,000 diamonds: 20%

• 10,000,000–20,000,000 diamonds: 25%

• Above 20,000,000 diamonds: 30%

Online Part-Time Position

22-Day, 3-Hour Schedule

• Minimum 22 livestreaming days per month

• Minimum 3 hours per day

• Minimum total of 70 hours per month

Salary Options:

Option 1: Commission Only
Commission will be calculated according to the platform’s commission structure.

Monthly rewards based on livestream revenue:

• 200,000 diamonds: USD30 reward

• 300,000 diamonds: USD50 reward

• 500,000 diamonds: USD100 reward

Option 2: Basic Salary + Commission

• Basic salary from RM1,000–RM3,000 + commission

• No monthly reward under this option

• Basic salary will depend on the candidate’s trial livestream performance and monetisation results

Commission Structure:

• 0–250,000 diamonds: No commission

• 250,000–500,000 diamonds: 3%

• 1,000,000–3,000,000 diamonds: 5%

• 3,000,000–5,000,000 diamonds: 8%

• 5,000,000–8,000,000 diamonds: 10%

• 8,000,000–10,000,000 diamonds: 20%

• 10,000,000–20,000,000 diamonds: 25%

• Above 20,000,000 diamonds: 30%

Important: Candidates who do not meet the required livestreaming days or total livestreaming hours will not be eligible for the basic salary. Payment will instead be calculated at 20% of the livestream revenue.
