• Malaysian citizens only

• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is a must (as the role requires candidate to serve Mandarin speaking customers)

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Flexibility to relocate to other outlets within Klang Valley is an added advantage

• Experienced in retail industry is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible, hard-working and punctual

• To perform retail sales activities at Owndays Malaysia' outlets

• To deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products

• To dispense and fit spectacles according to prescribed requirements

• Support daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations

Working Schedule

• 6 off days per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends)

• 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)

• Rotational shifts assigned by the Shop Manager

• Pavilion Bukit Jalil

• Puchong

• The EXchange TRX

• MyTown Shopping Mall

• IOI City Mall Putrajaya

• Basic salary from RM2,500 during probation
• Salary adjustment upon successful completion of probation
• Sales incentive scheme for achieving sales targets
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS / 13th Month Salary) upon completion of one year of service
• Internal certification allowance of up to RM600 upon passing internal examinations
• Monthly loyalty allowance of RM100 for every completed year of service (up to 10 years)
