What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations Shared Services or related functions

• Experience handling employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, job changes, and employee administration is an advantage

• Exposure to HR Shared Services or multinational environments is beneficial

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Workday experience preferred

• Salesforce or CRM system exposure is advantageous

• Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management

• Exposure to payroll collaboration and workforce administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Basic knowledge of Reporting & Analytics tools (Power BI)

• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn multiple HR systems quickly

• Data management and analytical skills

• Strong customer service mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail and commitment to data privacy

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR teams on HR processes and employee data changes.

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including:

• Offer & onboarding activities

• Job changes and organizational updates

• Personal data and work schedule changes

• Employee exits and termination processing

• Respond to employee and organizational enquiries through HR service channels.

Data & Process Management

• Ensure employee and organizational data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.

• Process workforce administration transactions while adhering to policies and procedures.

• Maintain HR records and document management services in line with compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with payroll teams, HR analysts, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

• Investigate and resolve cases involving multiple systems and stakeholders.

• Support escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

• Identify opportunities to improve HR services and employee experience.

• Support process enhancement initiatives and technology changes.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system enhancement projects.

• Assist with ad-hoc business and HR transformation projects as required.
