• Diploma, LCCI, ACCA (Part Qualification) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.

• Fresh graduates with good academic results are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables and basic data analysis.

• Experience with accounting software such as AutoCount is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

• Good written and spoken skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage

• Handle full set of accounts or assist in daily accounting operations.

• Prepare payments, invoices, receipts and journal entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Generate and maintain sales data & financial reports across retail, e-commerce, and corporate channels (daily / weekly / monthly)

• Prepare sales performance and basic financial analysis (revenue trends, COGS, margins, campaign performance)

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and government authorities.
