Sales & Customer Service Executive

Location: Padang Jawa, Shah Alam, Selangor
Work Arrangement: Full-time, in-person
Salary: RM2,300–RM3,000 basic salary, depending on experience and ability
Commission or performance incentive available after confirmation

Skills and Experience

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

• Communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mand speakers preferred

• Are confident speaking with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Are organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups without losing track.

• Are comfortable using Google Suite, WhatsApp Web, email and basic online systems.

• Are responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

• Have your own transport.

Experience in sales, customer service, or F&B-related work is preferred but not compulsory.

Who Will Do Well in This Role

This role suits someone who is proactive, practical and comfortable speaking with customers.

You should be willing to take ownership of your follow-ups, learn the details of our services and communicate clearly with both customers and the internal team.

Our industry involves many processes and details, so you must be willing to learn gradually and keep your work organised.

About Dynamic Costa

Dynamic Costa Sdn. Bhd. provides commercial vehicle compliance services to transport companies, logistics operators, factories, workshops and fleet owners.

Our services include PUSPAKOM inspection arrangements, APAD permit applications and renewals, JPJ-related services, road tax, insurance coordination and other regulatory support.

The Role

As our Sales & Customer Service Executive, you will manage new customer outreach, respond to enquiries and follow up with existing customer accounts.

You will understand what each customer needs, explain our services clearly and coordinate confirmed jobs with the internal operations team.

This is not a hard-sell position. However, you must be comfortable contacting potential customers, following up consistently and keeping proper records.

No previous transport industry experience is required. Training will be provided.

What You Will Do

• Reach out to potential customers such as transport companies, logistics operators, workshops, factories and fleet owners.

• Introduce our services through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other outreach methods.

• Respond to enquiries, understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly.

• Prepare update messages to clients and follow-up updates with the team

• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, customer accounts and sales progress.

• Coordinate confirmed jobs and customer requests with the internal team.
