• SPM or above

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, after-sales or customer relations preferred; fresh

graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome

• Patient, detail-oriented and emotionally steady; able to handle complaints and difficult

conversations well

• Proficient in WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram

• Able to maintain customer records in Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage

• Service-minded and proactive — reaches out to customers rather than waiting

• Interest in health and wellness products is an advantage

• Comfortable being measured on repeat purchase rate and customer satisfaction

1. After-Sales Service

Handle after-sales matters: delivery tracking, delays, returns, exchanges and product enquiries

Resolve complaints properly, log issue types and drive improvements

Follow up on cold-chain issues (thawing, damage) including compensation and customer recovery

2. Repeat Purchase

Proactively reach out to existing customers, gather feedback and drive repeat orders

Build a repurchase reminder system based on last order date and product consumption cycle

Recommend suitable product bundles to different segments to lift average order value

Design and run exclusive offers and loyalty campaigns for existing customers

3. Customer Management

Maintain customer profiles: purchase history, product preferences and dietary restrictions (lactose intolerance, vegetarian, allergies)

Segment customers into new, active and dormant groups

Design win-back programmes for dormant customers to reduce churn

4. Data & Feedback

Report monthly on repeat purchase rate, refund rate and customer satisfaction

Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with the product and operations teams
