Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply!
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Good understanding of inventory control and stock planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Willing to work 5.5 days per week

Responsibilities
Purchasing
Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality products.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and lead times.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Resolve purchasing-related issues and ensure timely procurement.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.
Plan stock replenishment based on sales trends and business requirements.
Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the company's system.
Generate inventory reports and recommend improvements to stock control.
Container & Shipment Coordination
Coordinate incoming container shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel.
Plan unloading schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods.
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays.
Ensure accurate receiving documentation and inventory updates after unloading.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve purchasing, inventory, and supply chain processes.
Work closely with the Operation, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SOPs.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
