Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AI Voicebot & Chatbot Executive / Project Manager to join our growing AI solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing AI projects, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and ensuring successful deployment of AI voicebot and chatbot solutions.

• Communicate with clients to understand business requirements and project objectives.

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.

• Configure, test, and optimize AI Voicebots and Chatbots according to client needs.

• Monitor project progress and prepare project reports, documentation, and performance summaries.

• Provide recommendations to improve chatbot and voicebot performance and user experience.

• Assist in project implementation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.
