Highschool diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Oversee the management of goods within the assigned department in accordance with company procedures

Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices

Monitor sales performance and customer purchasing trends, and provide timely feedback to the purchasing team

Ensure accurate pricing and proper display of merchandise in line with company standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and store

Promote professionalism among staff within the retail operation team

Ensure all departmental systems and processes are well-maintained and functioning effectively

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing staff when required

Act as person-in-charge in the absence of Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager
