Responsibilities
Handle and process Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments accurately and timely
Prepare payment documents and banking instructions for local and international suppliers
Verify invoices, payment details, and supporting documents before processing payments
Maintain proper records of bank transactions and payment documents
Reconcile bank statements and monitor payment status
Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment matters
Assist in accounts payable and daily accounting operations
Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and regulations
Support month-end closing and finance reporting activities
