Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Floor Executive to oversee daily store operations, supervise the sales floor, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Degree holders (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Diploma holders with 3–4 years of experience in the retail or service industry.

• SPM holders with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in retail or the service industry.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store opening and closing procedures.

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Drive sales performance and achieve department sales targets.

• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure sufficient manpower coverage.

• Allocate duties and supervise team performance.

• Plan and execute in-store promotions and sales campaigns.

• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, price tags and promotional displays.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, returns and exchanges professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.

• Conduct stock takes and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Prepare reports and communicate sales performance to management.

• Train, coach and supervise team members to maintain high service standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
