Proficient in speaking English / Bahasa Melayu / Mandarin (Added-on advantage).

At least 1 year working experience in a similar role and managing a team.

Able to adhere to all safety regulations and quality controls.

Able to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, hardworking, motivated, and proactive.

Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Scheduling staff for Front of House.

Handling guest complaints professionally and promptly.

Developing store staff through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education to optimise productivity.

To ensure the presentation and quality of all dishes are according to the Standard Operating Procedure set by management.

To maintain a safe, hygienic environment at all times in accordance with all relevant legislation & regulations.

To carry out ordering of food ingredients to the adequate stock levels while keeping wastages low.

Ensure daily sales are reported to head office and cash is banked in promptly.

Assist in monitoring, maintaining and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage and work areas.

6 days a week, 1 off day every week on Rotational Basis.
