Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chef, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing processes.

Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Organize and maintain kitchen records, including invoices, orders, and staff rotas.

Support the Chef in event planning and execution, ensuring smooth operations.

Conduct research on culinary trends and competitor activities.

Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking for the culinary department.
