Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial interior design; fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome

Prior experience in retail, F&B, or shopping mall fit-out projects is an added advantage

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar design software

Strong creative, spatial and visual presentation skills

Good communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors and mall authorities

Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously

Consult with clients to understand design preferences, brand identity, budget and commercial project requirements

Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards and space planning layouts tailored for commercial environments

Prepare detailed design drawings, 3D visualisations and material specifications for retail, F&B and mall fit-out projects

Coordinate with main contractors, suppliers, mall management and project teams to ensure smooth execution

Conduct regular site visits to shopping malls and commercial premises to monitor progress and ensure design intent is met

Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within budget and mall tenancy schedule

Keep up to date with commercial interior design trends, materials and finishing options
