Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.

  • 6–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Marketplace Management.

  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Influencer Marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia's digital commerce ecosystem.

  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG is Added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital and omni-channel growth strategies.

  • Manage digital marketing, paid media, KOL/KOC, and social media campaigns.

  • Drive e-commerce growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

  • Plan promotions, pricing, product visibility, and marketplace campaigns.

  • Manage agencies, distributors, and platform partners.

  • Track KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, traffic, conversion, and sales performance.

  • Analyze market trends and optimize digital performance.
