Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Experience in M&E construction projects is preferred.

  • Experience in Plumbing & Sanitary Services will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, material procurement, and cost control.

  • Prepare and review contracts, project budgets, payment claims, and final accounts.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
