Diploma or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Drafting, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Experience working on projects in Singapore will be an advantage.

Proficient in relevant professional drafting and design software.

Able to independently prepare detailed technical and production drawings.

Able to communicate effectively in English for project and client coordination.

Detail-oriented with good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams.

Prepare complete sets of technical drawings for customised door and window products.

Produce plan, sectional, top, side and front elevation drawings according to project requirements.

Review customer requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.

Coordinate drawing requirements, revisions and approval processes with supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with customers and internal teams on technical and project-related matters.

Prepare drawings for commercial, institutional and government-related projects.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions and production requirements.

Revise and update drawings based on project changes and feedback.

Maintain proper drawing documentation and project records.
