Job Summary

Store cum Packer will be responsible for warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing materials, inventory control, packing finished products, and preparing goods for shipment. The ideal candidate should be responsible, physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to support daily manufacturing operations.

Requirement:

• Education Minimum SPM qualification.

• Certificate or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field is an added advantage.

• Experience in store, warehouse, packing, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates with positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse procedures.

• Familiar with stock control system, ERP system, or inventory documentation is an advantage.

• Able to perform physical work including lifting, moving, and arranging materials.

• Skills & Competencies

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and positive working attitude.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

Store & Warehouse Management

• Receive incoming materials, parts, and products from suppliers.

• Verify the quantity, specifications, and condition of received materials.

• Prepare receiving documents and maintain accurate records.

• Arrange and store materials in designated locations.

• Ensure all materials are properly identified and labelled.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store area.

Inventory Control

• Perform stock checks and inventory counts.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.

• Support monthly stock-taking activities.

• Ensure materials are handled and stored properly.

Packing & Delivery Preparation

• Perform packing activities according to customer requirements.

• Ensure finished products are properly protected before shipment.

• Prepare product labels, packing lists, and shipment documents.

• Verify the quantity and condition of products before delivery.

Quality & Safety

• Follow company safety procedures and workplace rules.

• Comply with ISO 9001 quality procedures and work instructions.

• Report any damaged materials, quality issues, or abnormalities.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices.

General Duties

• Assist with production and logistics activities when required.

• Support company improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
