Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in amusement, attraction, sports, or multi-outlet operations.

• Accommodation will be provided, and the successful candidate is required to stay on the premises.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across attraction outlets, ensuring smooth operations, staffing and guest readiness.

• Lead and manage Outlet Supervisors and ground crew, including manpower planning, scheduling, coaching and performance monitoring.

• Ensure all attractions comply with safety SOPs, operational standards and emergency procedures.

• Conduct regular outlet inspections, safety checks and operational audits.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained and downtime is minimized.

• Monitor customer experience, queue management and service standards, including handling escalated complaints.

• Monitor operational costs, manpower efficiency, KPIs and overall outlet performance.

• Prepare operational and incident reports and identify opportunities for process and cost improvements.

• Develop, implement and standardize SOPs across all attraction outlets.

• Support promotional events, tournaments and special activities when required.
