Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Eager to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Assist with attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.

Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required.

Support employee engagement and training activities.

Ensure HR documents are properly filed and maintained.

Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
