• Must possess a valid GDL license

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a lorry / truck driver is an advantage

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations

• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of goods

• Responsible, punctual, and able to manage time effectively

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Basic reading and writing skills for delivery documentation

• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company lorry to transport goods to assigned locations

• Ensure timely delivery according to schedule

• Load and unload goods properly to avoid damage

• Inspect vehicle before and after each trip (e.g., fuel, oil, brakes, tires)

• Ensure all delivery documents are accurate and properly signed

• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company SOPs

• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays

• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle

• Assist in warehouse duties when required
