Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in system engineering, network administration, or IT support roles.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Experience with Linux operating systems and server management.

Familiarity with Active Directory and Oracle Database administration.

Excellent Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken) for communication with stakeholders and technical documentation.

Strong understanding of network engineering principles and protocols.

Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Good command of English for internal team communication and documentation.

Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases, ensuring high availability and performance.

Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues, diagnosing and resolving problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Manage and administer Linux-based systems, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning, to optimize system efficiency and security.

Oversee and maintain Active Directory services, including user account management, group policies, and domain security, to ensure seamless access and data protection.

Administer and optimize Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning, to support critical business applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adherence to project timelines.

Monitor system performance and security, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to prevent outages and security breaches.

Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, providing technical explanations, status updates, and support in their native language.
