Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in diesel heavy truck and bus repair, familiar with Japanese and Chinese commercial vehicle models commonly used in Malaysia.
2. Strong practical repair skills, able to conduct fault diagnosis, full vehicle overhaul and electrical inspection independently without supervision, capable of handling core workshop repair tasks.
3. Candidates with proficient skills in full vehicle overhaul, vehicle electrical and hydraulic system repair will be prioritized; salary is negotiable based on individual technical ability.
4. Hardworking, responsible and self-disciplined, able to follow workshop work arrangements and actively cooperate with emergency repair & on-site rescue tasks.
5. Good physical health, no poor employment records, positive working attitude and willing for long-term stable employment.
6. Basic Bahasa Melayu for daily work communication is compulsory; fluent in Chinese and English is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance and fault repair for commercial vehicles in workshop, mainly handle popular Japanese (Hino, Isuzu) and Chinese heavy trucks & buses.
2. Able to independently inspect, repair and overhaul engine, gearbox, clutch, chassis, brake system, suspension and hydraulic system, diagnose and fix all types of mechanical faults efficiently.
3. Skilled in operating professional vehicle diagnostic tools, troubleshoot wiring, sensor and electronic control system faults, complete general electrical repair independently to ensure smooth vehicle operation.
4. Follow workshop SOP to conduct daily vehicle inspection and regular maintenance, fill in work orders and repair records accurately to maintain stable fleet operation.
5. Responsible for emergency breakdown repair and local on-site rescue, complete maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.
6. Comply strictly with workshop safety rules, store and arrange repair tools and equipment properly, keep workplace clean, and cooperate with supervisors for daily workshop management.
7. Assist in guiding apprentices and junior technicians to follow standard work procedures, unify repair standards and improve overall team efficiency and work quality.
