A tertiary qualification or equivalent.

3–4 years' experience in procurement, preferably in automotive parts or spare parts in manufacturing 

Strong knowledge of car spare parts is preferred (OEM & aftermarket).

Independent, analytical, good problem-solver and open to share new improvement ideas.

Proficient in Excel and inventory/ERP systems, preferably in Coupa 

Willing to travel and work with minimal supervision.

Source, negotiate, and purchase quality automotive spare parts, car refurbishment at Certified Lab and branches level, after sales services 

Knowledge and understanding optimal inventory levels and stock accuracy.

Manage supplier relationships and conduct vendor evaluations.

Monitor parts usage trends and reduce excess/obsolete stock.

Travel for supplier visits, warehouse coordination, and quality checks.

Catalogue/e-auction set up and key user in ERP/Coupa system.

Contribution to the Cost Reduction Program in accordance with agreed savings targets  

Business analysis e.g., procurement positioning and Spend analysis, reporting  

Knowledge transfer to other team members 

Local support and training to the business users 

Key projects tendering support (Certified Lab, after sales services, marketing)

Assist and support in all areas for Procurement team whenever required.
