Requirements
Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering.
At least 6 years of Project Management experience in large residential/commercial projects.
Expertise in local construction cost structures, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for project planning and coordination.
Experience in administering construction contracts, negotiation, claims/dispute handling.
International project experience preferred; willing to travel internationally.
Key skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, adaptability, and site-driven leadership.
Working day Mon - Fri
Working hours 9am to 6pm
Working location: Georgetown, Penang
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover)
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards (e.g. CONQUAS, Green Mark)
Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution
Oversee site operations, conduct inspections, and enforce safety & quality standards
Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting
Lead stakeholder coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project handover, including TOP and Defects Liability Period (DLP)
