Full Time Project Planner Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,500 in Nala Manpower Management Sdn Bhd Kapar - Ricebowl

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years experience in planning/scheduling within the construction or engineering industry.

Proven experience using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project software.

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

Understanding of EOT (Extension of Time) and Critical Path Method (CPM).

Knowledge of resource loading, progress measurement, and project controls.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Working Hours: 9am ~6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am~ 1pm (Sat)

Working Location: Kapar, Selangor

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure schedule accuracy.

Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.

Prepare and present project progress reports (S-curves, histograms, critical path analysis).

Integrate schedule data with cost and resource plans.

Support tender planning and prepare baseline programs.

Conduct “what-if” analyses to assess potential project changes.

Ensure compliance with client and company planning standards.
