1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the retail industry.

3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences.

7. Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations, including sales, marketing, inventory management, and supply chain.

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including sales transactions, customer demographics, inventory levels, and marketing campaigns.

2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

3. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for improvement.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Products, Customer Database, and Marketing, to understand business requirements, define analytical objectives, and deliver solutions that address business needs.

5. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.

6. Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast sales, optimize inventory levels, and improve demand forecasting accuracy.

7. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, data quality, and data governance practices.

8. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations, reports, and visualizations.

9. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and retail.

10. Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.
