Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Modeler, or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.

• Strong knowledge of clash detection, spatial coordination, CSD, and CCM preparation.

• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients on BIM-related matters.

• Able to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.

• Fluent in Mandarin, with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and construction drawings.

• Prepare and maintain Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Combined Clearance Matrices (CCM).

• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM software before construction.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and project teams to obtain drawing approvals and ensure project requirements are met.

• Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.

• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Travel to project sites when required to support coordination and implementation.
